What I Can Help With:
I support adults (18+) navigating:
ADHD: Managing overwhelm, procrastination, rejection sensitivity, and building strategies that fit your unique brain.
Anxiety & OCD: Finding tools to ease worry, calm intrusive thoughts, and reduce the grip of compulsive patterns.
Depression: Strengthening hope, building routines, and reconnecting with what gives your life meaning.
Experiences often woven through these concerns:
Shame & guilt · self-criticism · imposter syndrome · perfectionism · rumination · people-pleasing · difficulty regulating emotions · compulsions · difficulty with boundaries · self-doubt
My Approach:
My approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, strength-based counselling, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Therapy isn't about being “fixed”. It's about understanding what's holding you back, discovering your strengths, and practicing new ways forward.
