Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist
Helping you move beyond expectation and more toward what matters most
When the inner critic quiets, there’s more room to live authentically.
If anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, people-pleasing, or persistent self-doubt have been weighing on you, therapy can offer space to better understand what you’ve been carrying. Together, we can explore what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters, and build practical tools for moving forward with greater ease and meaning.
A bit about me:
I’m a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) since 2012. My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I work collaboratively, with respect for where you are now and where you’d like to go.
Our work together:
We’ll explore what fuels your inner critic, gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. You set the pace; I provide structure, compassion, and honest reflection. When helpful, I may gently challenge you, because growth often happens just beyond what feels familiar.
Therapy can be deep and meaningful without always feeling heavy. I aim to offer a space that is honest, respectful, and genuinely human, with room for the occasional laugh.
If you’re hoping to feel less ruled by self-doubt and move forward with more clarity, I’m here to help. I offer in-person sessions in London, Ontario, and virtual or phone sessions across Ontario.
Ready to Take the First Step?
Finding the right fit matters more than a quick sign-up. I offer a free 20-minute consult so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment. If I’m not the right person, that’s okay too. I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
Everyone deserves a therapist who feels like the right fit.
