Accessibility at True-North Counselling
I want therapy to feel as accessible and comfortable as possible. If you have questions about the office space, communication options, or accommodations that may help you participate in therapy you are welcome to contact me before booking.
I will do my best to understand your needs and let you know what options are available.
Office Access
My office is located on the upper level of 6-4562 Colonel Talbot Road in London, Ontario.
To access my office:
Enter through the double glass doors, head upstairs, and enter the first door on the right at the top of the stairs. The office is located in Unit 6.
Please note that the office is reached by a steep flight of stairs, and there is no lift or elevator in the building. If this creates an accessibility barrier, please contact me so we can discuss available options. Virtual and phone sessions are available across Ontario.
About the Space
There is no reception desk.
A gender-neutral washroom is available.
There are fluorescent lights in the building hallway and shared office space. I use non-fluorescent lamps in my office to create softer lighting.
The waiting-area chairs have backrests.
Free parking is available.
