You may appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, self-doubt, procrastination, intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, or a relentless inner critic.

I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, rumination, and difficulty setting boundaries.

In-person therapy in London, Ontario, and virtual or phone sessions across Ontario.

Does any of this feel familiar?

You replay conversations and wonder whether you said the wrong thing.

You seek reassurance, but the relief never seems to last.

You put off tasks until the pressure becomes overwhelming, then criticize yourself for not starting sooner.

You find it difficult to say no, set limits, or make decisions without worrying about how someone else will feel.

Your mind gets caught up in recurring thoughts, worst-case scenarios, or questions that never seem fully resolved.

You hold yourself to demanding standards but rarely feel that what you do is enough.

You feel tired, disconnected, unmotivated, or unsure how to move forward.

These patterns can make everyday life feel exhausting. Therapy can offer a place to understand what is happening, respond to yourself with greater compassion, and practice new ways of moving through difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations.

Ways I Can Support You

ADHD and Executive Functioning

You may struggle to start tasks, follow through, manage time, stay organized, or keep up with everyday responsibilities. Even when you know what needs to be done, getting started can feel surprisingly difficult.

Depression and Low Motivation

You may feel tired, disconnected, unmotivated, or unsure how to move forward. Everyday tasks may take more effort than they seem like they should.

Anxiety OCD, and Intrusive Thoughts

You may feel caught in overthinking, sticky thoughts, worst-case scenarios, reassurance-seeking, checking, or the need to feel completely certain before moving forward.

Self-Esteem, Boundaries, and People-Pleasing

You may doubt yourself, struggle to say no, worry about disappointing others, overexplain your decisions, or hold yourself to standards you would never expect from anyone else.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to what you need. We may spend time understanding the patterns behind what you are experiencing, exploring how different parts of you respond, and finding realistic ways to create change without adding more pressure or self-criticism.

What Therapy With Me May Look Like

ā€ ā€

A Space to Slow Down

Therapy offers space to pause, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and make sense of thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may have been difficult to understand on your own.

Practical and Personalized

We can explore tools and strategies that fit your needs, rather than expecting you to force yourself into approaches that have not worked before.

Compassionate and Collaborative

You will not be judged, pushed, or told what you should do. We will work together with curiosity, honesty, and respect for you pace.

Depending on your needs, I may draw from Internal Family Systems therapy alongside evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness practices.
